Is an economist, administrator, educator, and researcher specialising in project management.
He holds an MBA with an emphasis on innovation and a master's degree in education. He has over 20 years of experience in comprehensive macro-project management, organisational development, and prospective planning, as well as university teaching and R&D&I projects for change management.
He currently develops plans, programmes and projects in strategic business areas. His experience in the formation of the Sectoral Tourism Plan for the District of Cartagena de Indias, as well as his participation in the Mamonal Business Training Programme within the framework of the construction of the Ecopetrol Refinery in Cartagena, make his experience stand out in multiple destinations such as Colombia and the Dominican Republic.

Manfred Shöebel
Hospitality expert with over 30 years of experience.
He has held various management positions at the Meliá Hotels chain, where he stood out as a consultant and strategist in hospitality, gastronomy, organisational development, and coaching.
He holds advanced certifications in Strategic Hospitality Management, General Management of Hotel Companies, and a Professional Master's Degree in Hotel Management, among others. His leadership and knowledge position him as a leader in the industry.
As CEO, Manfred heads the COL Management Group, which will carry out all hospitality strategies.

Camilo Palacios
Camilo is an industrial design professional from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University, with a solid track record in managing key areas such as marketing, research, and development. His experience focuses particularly on creating innovative experiences and BTL campaigns in the retail sector, as well as designing educational and entertainment spaces for companies such as.
He is currently responsible for planning, developing, and directing entertainment programmes and development. He also oversees the creation of theme parks in the hospitality industry and coordinates with his team to maximise the profitability of companies through entertainment and recreation.
His ability to motivate, lead, and manage teams, as well as his creative and innovative skills in the entertainment sector, make him stand out among professionals in his field.
